Our food are depleted and we are accustomed to eating prepacked foods and fast foods, but they are void of our vitamins and minerals we need daily.

I recently changed my diet even more, which threw off my B12 and D3. I broke down and went to the doctor who did the blood test and sure enough....I was deficient in both vitamins.
Low Potassium and magnesium can cause the issue you are mentioning.....as can low B12.
My dad had ALS and he had other symptoms.......mostly falling at first. Again.....he was vitamin deficient as well as had a very poor diet (he was from the south and ate tons of fried food......and had his gallbladder removed, but continued to eat poorly).
Fixing a deficiency takes time....usually a few months. However, it is worth the effort and usually banishes anxiety.
You can look up video's by Dr. Berg for info and how to fix your deficiencies.
I don't like everything about him like cleanses or flushes. It's safer to eat healthier foods and drink plenty of water.
Take walks or do something you enjoy for exercise.
Again, I can NOT diagnose, but my guess is you are vitamin deficient. It won't hurt you to eat vitamin and mineral rich foods. If that is indeed the problem, you will bypass the doctor trip and gain your health back.
Best of luck. Take what works for you and leave the rest :)
