Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. I know how it can seem like you cannot relate to anyone and the people that used to understand you are no longer in your life so you might also think you have noone to turn to and that is bringing up your anxiety levels.
But feeling like everyone hates you is just not true. There is no way to know what other people are thinking unless they come right out and say it, the way that we interpret emotions is all in our heads. Our brains will interpret others actions based on cues we have learned and perfected since childhood. When you feel all alone and you start thinking that people do not understand you or that they hate you, take a second and tell yourself to think differently. Tell yourself that you can not truly know how they are feeling unless you ask them out-right and instead just try and make small conversation with them.
Let me know if this helps or if you want to talk more. I deal with my anxiety daily and it never really gets easier, I am just trying to train my brain to think differently and it seems to help control my extreme behaviours.
But after reading your response I do feel better. Youre right no one can really know who hates them . I think sometimes I just assume from body lanuage.
