increase in dose will help you. I was on 150 mg of Wellbutrin without
much luck. When the doc it increased it to 300mg within 2 weeks the
sun started to shine again...huge difference.
If the increased dose doesnt help , there are a lot of other SSRI's to try.
If that doesnt work , they can go to SNRI's. Finding the right cocktail can be a lot of trial and error.
I don't know what will work for you, but maybe seeing someone, like a psychologist or psychiatrist, Psychologists can treat anxiety through a variety of techniques (cognitive behavioral therapy, for example, is often effective for anxiety), and psychiatrists have a lot more expertise on medication for anxiety than a family doctor would. In short, I really can't say what's best for your situation, and none of us here are professionals. So, I think you should seek out people who are professionals, and see how they might be able to help.
