It has happened to me but not in a while. I try to not allow my thoughts to escalate to that degree. Nip things in the bud so to speak. And this is why lowering stress levels will help with lowering anxiety.
Exercise, breathing exercises, meditation, taking time to do fun activities, eating healthily and so on...can all help to lower stress.
Being present in the moment is a good thing to practice. Focus on one thing at a time.
Only now is what matters. This moment in time. No thinking about about yesterday or worrying about tomorrow.
Do you try any breathing exercises? They may help you.
You are coming on the computer and typing perfectly. Your brain works fine. Which is great. Keep reminding yourself that oh yeah I am fine because I can type perfectly fine.
What's your favorite color? Now think of that color, imagine it on your walls, wear the color.
what's your favorite flower? find a picture of it on the computer. find a picture of the flower and put it on your wall.
Try some new things to get your brain thinking on some nicer things. Trust me...I do this myself.
I got flowers and put them in a pot so it was something pleasant for me to focus on.
keep on fighting. You can do it. Re-read all the helpful replies you have had to your other posts.
And yes, there is something wrong with your brain. It is exhausted. Nothing that can't be fixed when you are ready to do so though. :)
