Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I have the same fear too, ive been hearing noises when i lie down before i go to bed. Its normal to hear unclear noises/voices while you're lying down. Alot of people with anxiety/ocd go through this, i experience it every night.
Anyways ill let you know a bit about schizophrenia, schizophrenics hear VERY clear voices, they cant even have a proper conversation with their psych because they are so distracted by the voices. Oh by the way you cant be diagnosed as schizophrenic unless you hear more than one voice, usually they hear voices having a conversation about them. Some schizophrenics also have crazy delusions, they think demons are out to get them, they are afraid of spies, cameras etc. Some also think objects are talking to them.
Trust me i don't think you're schizophrenic, you sound very in touch with your emotions and reality, when you start to get over the phobia all the voices/noises will vanish too, right now you're so alert and every little noise worries you, you are looking out for symptoms of schizophrenia when really there are none (basically your mind is playing a trick on you).
If you need to ask any questions please feel free to contact me, ive sent a friend request. I also have a huge fear of schizophrenia (its been 7 weeks for me so far).
