Speaking of embarrassing moments, my little tale of woe may help your perspective on what an embarrassing moment is. I went to the hospital for a psychiatrist appointment a few years ago. My psychiatrist is on the 2nd floor of the outpatient care building. That's just where his office is. I'm not a recently discharged patient or anything.
The point is, I walked in...got a whiff of the "hospital smell" and then had a seizure from the stress and panic. I flopped forward, landed face down and broke my finger when I hit the floor. And I found out later that I had peed and pooped my pants and vomited. 'Cause it just isn't a proper seizure unless you soil yourself in front of strangers.
And nobody cared about my "embarrassing" moment. I realized if nobody cares then it was not embarrassing.
