Okay, your don't believe me, I wouldn't believe me either. So to prove it to you look over this board and the panic one, over 500 active members that face anxiety/panic everyday and not single death yet!
I know how hard it is because you're body is telling you something is just not right. And it is right, something isn't right. Often I find that if I think about it I can find what isn't right with my life and then deal with it head on. Sometimes you need the medication to give you the energy to do that fighting but then hopefully you can wean yourself off it someday.
If you need the 20mg, go ahead and take it, but don't let yourself think that you can't handle life. You got up this morning, you got on the computer and I'm sure you are doing other things you need to do. I can promise you that as long as you keep forging on forward one day the fake smile you have to put on to get through it will be real.
I WISH YOU A AWESOME DAY, and if not, there is a tomorrow to start again fresh.

There sre 3 or 4 posts a day saying I am having a panic attack my meds are not working etc. Help..
When you are having a panic attack it is to late to work on it. You have to start working on healing when you are calm.
If you are going to heal you will have to understand anxiety and work on probably several therapies to get better. The more pills are a majority of your therapy the less chance at healing you have.
