I hope you can get through Monday, and when you see your therapist Tuesday you are able to work out a solution. If you need to, you can go to the nearest hospital and get treatment today. Just say you are having a panic attack and they will treat you. If you are not already taking meds, you might want to discuss with your therapist this possibility. In my experience, they do not "cure" anxiety, but they often make it much more doable.
I do not know from your posting if your family members know or understand your situation. I also do not know exactly how long he is planning on staying. But I feel your anxiety loud and clear, and please know so many people have felt the same way. Perhaps you and your therapist can also sort out how to deal with your family in general.
I hope you get this all figured out, and that you are able to feel less anxious as soon as possible.
Maybe if you make a list of the positives to his stay, you will feel less anxious. He is going to move out of state, so will you see him less? He may be sad over the break-up, will you feel good being supportive to him? Will it be fun to hangout and get to know each other in a new way?
You could ask him what his plans are for the week.He might not be around other then to sleep there. If he is moving, he probably has things to do and friends to visit with. You may feel bad that he has little time to spend with you, or better that you do not have to entertain him.
I hope it works out well for you. I know how anxiety makes it hard to be rational sometimes. I hope you will be coming back to tell us you had a nice visit with your brother. Hugs.
