Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I believe you are okay, if it was something serious you would of had increased pain last night and it would not have gone away. I'm not a doctor in anyway, so if you feel you need to go to the doctor then you should go.
All I'm saying is when we have anxiety we tend to over analyze every ache or pain. Me personally, I analyze when I'm nausea or if my throat is tight and I then worry I'm going to get get sick. I'm working on changing my thought process, which is hard but I'm doing pretty good at it. I went from crying attacks to being able to have an attack, step away for a minute and come back and be fine. I continue to function, I continue to go to work everyday and do my job to the best of my ability, I go to school, and do great at school.
But I also went and saw a therapist, I also started medication, there are days I want to give up, there are days I just want to stop and cry and say screw it. I'm always going to be like this; however, then I remember how far I came and all the stuff I went through and how much better I'm doing.
My anxiety started with increased stress and I tried to keep it at bay on my own, I tried to distract myself; however, subconsciously I was upset and I couldn't deal with the issues anymore. Therefore, my body took off and I was nausea all the time! It sucked!! Three months of pure nausea, days of throwing up, days of gagging, I still get times I get nausea, I still get days of gagging but I'm dealing with it better and I'm working with getting the proper dose in medicine to have less days of my symptoms. But when starting medication you have to have an open mind, you have to expect no instant change. It takes time. I started medication back in October and I'm still having attacks and its December. But I'm doing SO much better, so it's okay.
I did get nausea later but I believe that was from not eating throughout the day. I'm working on my eating habits. This can cause increaed nausea.
