If all else fails try therapy. It can help you and her understand how to handle the situation.
My 14 yr old started having problems about 2 years ago. THis year she started HS and things got way out of control. After missing half of the first marking period she was out 5 weeks straight. We worked backward from migraines to neck spasms. Both were causing real pain.
Because she was home for so long I decided to take her to a therapist because I was afraid she would never feel comfortable back in school. Turned out that the real trigger was being uncomfortable in school. Still trying to find out if there is a specific person or incident. But after just 2 sessions the therapist was able to bring the problem into the open and my daughter went back the next day.
I would keep looking for physical causes but also consider the psychological. Remember that the longer this goes on the harder it will be for her to be comfortable in school and other settings. Sometimes the body gets so used to being in pain that it forgets what it is like to not be in pain.
Anyway, you may want ask your doctor if PB would be a better choice than TUMS. I hadn't thought about it, but both the therapist and ped were adament about us not using the TUMS regularly.
