The fork thing is something I do- same goes for spoons, etc. I literally get upset if anyone uses my "little forks" for their food, and feel an overwhelming amount of anxiety at the same time. Salt/pepper/condiments are a typical food ritual, and it's a problem I have. Cutting food or eating small bites- another typical one.
I could name off probably a dozen or more, but honestly, what does it do to aid in recovery? NOTHING.
also, i dont do the whole cut things into miniscule pieces...everyone is different....
So, again, how does this promote a more health mindset? Can we think of anything different to talk about that may challenge this?
I suppose, along those lines, that negativity breeds negativity. And focussing on symptoms and behaviours does not get to the root issues.
