i joined this group in hope of finding a at to support my husband. He has lived with AS for 10 years. We have been married almost 8. He has been treated with Humira and Remicade, and has 2-3 very severe flare-ups each year. I guess I’m looking for anything people have found helpful in assuaging the symptoms, anything that I, as his wife can do to support him.
Hug him when he needs a hug and laugh with him when he needs to laugh.
Just don't ever tell him he should not do something that involves physical activity.
