Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
Problem he is close and is very chummy with the manager above us both. And there is also a conflict of interest there too.
The manager defends his position as much as the supervisor defends his position if either of their positions becomes subject to questionable relevance they both defend each other. And they have both been there a long time...
I only worked at the company for 9+months. I have little or no influence at the company.
The trouble maker on the other hand has unofficial power & influence simply because he has been there a long time kissing the wright back sides. Working his way up from what is considered the bottom in production.
My job is under threat because this guy has been sabotaging equipment & lying etc...
I maybe the one out of a job. As the manager above us both agenda. He essentially protecting stewart every time I raised issue with bully. I spoke to Gary in confidence and against company policy he passed that information directly onto his bum buddy.
I'm in a pickle..... hhhhhhh...
My colleague has no secured his own position by intentionally sabotaging me.
What's additionally curious. After every review that anything I had said as a counter argument has been omitted/excluded from such reviews. And that such reviews are biased towards management to easily get rid of employees. Employees have no facility to give their input. And when a verbal input is given it is omitted & excluded from such review reports. This then leans in favour of management.
And of course Gary & stewart relatively good friends and are like two peas in a pod each protecting the other.
When I spoke to gary (MD) about stewart (Unofficial supervisor) bullying me garry dismissed all of it. And defended his friend. etc... I soon found out were garys loyalties lay over 5+ months ago.
Curious huh. The guy that's bullying is the same guy providing false facts, and twisted truths to get rid of me and save his own skin.
I never got to argue the truths point by point. How stewart had lied repeatedly and taken every situation out of context and scale. My argument was dismissed purely on the basis of I had already signed the reviews previously. Even having done so under duress and feeling I had no option but to sign them even if I disagreed with such.
The reviews consisted of lies 68%, and the remainder truths twisted out of context which were also knit picking.
lessons learned in life. We live and learn.
I clocked what kind of guy stewart was within the first week of working with him.
Worked my final day of my notice period. Thank god.
Quite horrible to work in a company of technically limited inadequate people. Such people spend their time trying to undermine & belittling others, are typically hostile, back stabbing, spend time lying, deceiving misdirecting others, telling superhero stories about them selves (combination of half truths and complete lies), oh and also butt kissing etc.. the list is endless.
Work with technical able confident people the complete opposite of the above. They encourage & promote confidence in others etc...
What a horrible experience. Live and learn from such encounters.
i would feel very angry, and i would take notes, keep a LOG, about each and every incident.
then, i would hire a lawyer, one versed in eeoc and find out what your rights are in this situation.
workplace drama is usually aimed at women as a way to 'slow them down' so i would check this workplace drama, NOW.
I was insecure myself, preferring talking to listening. Plus, I didn't even attend to my personal hygiene in an office that was 90% female. :|
