Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
2. Pain you cover up by acting out in anger?
3. Fear of losing control?
For me, fear of losing or not having control is probably more true than the others.
Pain from the past that never got resolved is most likely the fuel for my anger, of course in my case I was taught by my dad and mom that anger is the default response to most situation, so learned behavior plays a role here also.
Probably starting with the divorce and working backward with a therapist on your anger would help.
