Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

YOU ARE GIVING OTHERS TOO MUCH POWER. You have the right to be private and you should not be burdened by the stupidity of their remarks. Save your anger for something that is worth doing something about.
One day a lady shoved her cell phone in my face to show me a picture of her grand baby. I gave her that hard look and said "What makes you think I am interested?"
Sometimes they will pat me on the back and I'll shove them and say "Don't beat on me!"
Perhaps it doesn't bother some people, maybe even most people, but
it does me.
I am sorry you have to deal with this. I often find it rude of people seeking attention from people they don't even know. I see it all the time at social gathering or even at the store.
I do not like for people I do not know to approach me and start asking a lot of personal questions. Even going to church is no different than sitting in a bar.
