Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
I have found a lot of help for my issues by listening to the New Life Radio call in program. I bought a book they recommended called The Anger Workbook by Les Carter. It is a very good interactive book that helps you figure out what your are angry about, and why and also steps to overcome it. I think it would really help you.
Don't be so hard on yourself. Today is a new day.
