Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
Not as a form of punishment, but just to calm down the oldest, whenever there's a problem, having her sit with you, or do chores
with you for a while might persuade her to knock it off. Once she
catches on that there will be some reaction/restriction each and every time she causes a problem, even if you call her over 4 or 5 times a night for 15 or 20 minutes each time, just as an example - it works. It takes a lot of patience at first, but you need peace to be able to deal with your illness.

I hope things improve, that you get great care and get well.
