Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

First of all , I think you need to have a humble heart to understand that if he left you is because you gave him reasons , dont get me wrong , I am not pointing a finger or anything , I am going through a hard time with someone as well but the way I see , your anger is not letting you regret all you caused to him and all you are causing to yourself , because clearly you care about your relationship with him but anger seems to be above that . Have a humble heart , see what you did wrong and forgive yourself , if he will forgive you or not you cant know but as soon as you forgive yourself and try to go for a change about all that , you will give you a chance of having better days and a better life , being angry at yourself is just gonna get you stuck at your own mistakes , forgive yourself and be humble to apologise to him with sincerity and he might forgive you and see that you are struggling to change . Reflect about it , anger wants to steal the good things you have in your life , can steal relationships , friendships and many more other things . Take care !!!!
