Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
You have chronic problems, right?
Hasn't the landlord given you problems more than once?
Are the life situations happening over and over again? ? ?
If you have a situation that's BAD and happens on a regular basis, it's like having a bad back (in my line of work in PI Law) have people who have lived with bad backs for years.
Now let's add something else. I have a bad situation w/ $$ and a rotten job, that's my shitty life situations. So, if there's something else that happens. Then it's like adding another burden .
& we know you don't need another burden, right?
the hospital situation you describe is like the latest "punch in the mouth" that made your regular bad situation WORSE
