Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
If you aren't doing this already, make sure your diet is very clean (like 80% paleo, stay away from dairy, wheat, caffeine, chocolate and junk food in general). Also, make sure to get a lot of sleep every night.
The fact that you meditate and get exercise through dance is awesome. Another thing is make absolutely SURE that you eliminate anything that causes unnecessary stress. For me that meant limiting time on social media, not watching tv, etc. Perhaps taking up martial arts if you have the funds can help?
Most importantly and I know this is easier said then done, make sure you're living environment is positive and make sure you don't hate your job. Those two are very important.
Make sure to surround yourself with positivity.. this includes your friends, music, etc.
Aside from all that, honestly there's nothing else that will help, other then getting professional assistance.
Make sure that this is not to be made as a Hate Journal but a journal which will aid you in understanding your trigger points. This will help you understand your trigger points which can be avoided every time you feel the same next time..
As Spike27 has rightly said its easier said than done, but these steps need to be taken if you want to free yourself from the effects of anger
