I\'ve read the facts about Alzheimer\'s and know that genetic factors are responsible in only a small number of Alzheimer\'s cases, but it still doesn\'t stop me from worrying about developing it in the future. I\'ve been told not to worry as I won\'t know what\'s happening (very helpful!), but after seeing it first hand with my Nanna, the condition absolutely terrifies me.

I\'m not worrying about it really...it just plays at the back of my mind. It\'s just that seeing my Nanna suffering from it showed me what a cruel disease it really is and I don\'t think anyone can appreciate that about any condition until they witness it first hand.
