It may be time for you and your mom to look into a placement for your grandmother. The care in the late part of Alzheimer's is very hard.. both physically and emotionally.
She may be at a point where someone has to be with her when she goes to the bathroom.....do you think that would help?

Unfortunately though there may still be some. Its hard on you and hard on her. Sadly there is no magic answer I wish there were but I do believe the best you can do is try and schedule bathroom trips. While my husband could still walk that is what I tried to do , didn't always work but did help a great deal
