update on my grandma

Hello everyone. Just want to let you all know. how my grandma is doing Shes not doing. good at all She won't be coming. back home. The nursing. home is keeping. her. She has 4 different infections. She has sores on her feet and Now shes not eating. or drinking They said she won't make it much longer. That its getting. close The nursing. home is taking. good care of her. They even tried to feed her but she spit the food back out So they are not going to try anymore. because they are afraid she might choke.

I am glad she is being taken care of....just be with her- hold her hand, read to her, I would say give her a foot massage, but her feet have sores...so, leg or hand massage....do what you can to make her comfortable. Dying is hard...think about the little things you would want someone to do to make you more comfortable- think of the smell of her room- maybe bring an air freshener. Do what you can to make the rest of her time on earth peaceful.
Also, think of the rest of your family- is there anyone who is taking all of this particularly hard? If so, maybe there is something you can do to comfort them.

My parents are trying. to let everyone know how my grandma is so that they can be prepared S he won't eat or drink and their not going to force. her to They are just going. to keep her comfortable as possible. they even have stopped giving. her her medicine. because she won't take it So now. we have to just pray and wait .
