I have been trying to rest for the past few days but sleep still seems to elude me as I still keep wakening up at about midnight, to be honest I think that theres just so much going through my head at the moment with all the wedding arrangements that its making me even more confused and panicky so Im starting to get apprehensive about how I will cope during the three days and two nights of the wedding once all the over 2000 guests start descending on us wanting to shake hands and then asking Sumi whats wrong with me being so agitated and trembling, Im also getting my self anxious about the wedding reception on the Friday that will start at 1pm until 3pm when there will be over 400 guests attending all at the same time in our small garden trying to get to the food and I know its going to be extremely noisy with everyone talking and music playing out loud yet somehow Ive got to cope with it, the other worrying thing for me is that during the three days many of the other guests will visit in the latter part of the afternoon and evening which is my worst part of the day especially as I start feeling the affect of Sundowning and can become extremely irritable and wanting to go to sleep which I mustnt do as people will still expect me to be the genial host, I have got tablets for moments of stress which are very good and quickly calm me down but then they also knock me out so that I go into a restful sleep and then when I wake up I feel stupefied as though I was drunk so I darent take the tablets, so when Sumi and I go to the doctor today for my check up we will ask her if she can give me something just to keep me calm with out knocking me out otherwise I will miss the whole 3 days of the wedding.

Its all starting to get a bit scary as its now only 19 days until the wedding and there is still so much to be done I terms of redecorating the house inside and out which should start this weekend but then it means moving all the furniture and computer etc so that they can do the work, then we have to reorganize our kitchen area so that the caterers can do their work during the wedding so its all stating to get far beyond my once planning abilities and causing me a lot of anxiety, but Im still expected to cope!!
