As you may recall a couple of months ago I told you that I received a letter from one of my husband's daughters (36) by his first wife in which she explained that she 'HATES' her dad and 'HATES' me and that she hopes we both burn in hell. She said that he was monster, among, many other hateful things, and she never wants her kids around him. Today I dropped my husband off at his sister's ( I had asked her earlier this week if I could) house because I have to attend orientation at university with my daughter and I had asked her if she could watch him for me. When I called to say hello to him I found out that all of his kids, their spouses and their children were at his sister's house with them, having a party to which I had no knowledge and obviously was not invited. I was extremely upset by this and I told his sister and his mother this- that I was hurt, that I felt deceived and was shocked. They said they didn't know his kids were going to show up and they couldn't very well turn them away. In the past they have always agreed with me that his kids have been mean to him and had treated him badly. They said that I was upsetting everybody by calling him and that everyone was getting along fine and I should take care of my business on my end while they were taking care of business on that end. I asked if they (his kids) had apologized for sending their hateful letter and the answer was, "well, he (my husband) had said that he was sorry if he had done anything to them in past and that they had responded with, no big deal, what happened in the past is over." So they did not apologize. They are treating me like I am the bad guy! They do not call him, they do not aknowledge him, they do not include him in their plans but are having a party with him when they know I am not going to be there!
I am so hurt, so hurt I can hardly even sit, I am shaking. I have had 2 glasses of wine to see if I can calm down. Am I wrong to be hurt? I told his mother to conside that I now officially hate his kids, that I am not stupid, that I realize that they did this behind my back and I am very, very hurt.

Do you have anyone else that could help watch him when you need to take care of things? I see you'll be getting respite help soon and with that I'd just not have anything to do with his family EVER and that includes the sister you took him to since she must have let everyone know he'd be there and that to me would be a stab in the back.
No I'd have nothing more to do with them until they made full apologies and were willing to come to my house and be civil otherwise to hell with them all.
