The kids and their partners are here all weekend and we have been really spring cleaning and doing yard work. It has improved my mood a lot. It was just so overwhelming. I mean the house wasn't filthy or anything but just a bit cluttered and messy. My daughters and I are going to get rid of stuff in the house and the fellows are going to clean up the yard.

It just amazes me sometimes Deb how something so little can make such a huge improvement in our moods. So glad the family is around to help you out a little and brighten your day.....hugs

Lets see..I think you are about a 4 hour drive from my house..I'll pay to have your kids come do some of our yard work !

Best news I have heard in quite awhile. SO-o-o glad you are feeling a little better.......
As I have said befor the little things somehow become BIG things when we are living with this stress 24/7

I'm glad I read this post today. I saw an ad yesterday for really cheap flights on Jet Blue. You have to book by today for travel in Sept - Nov I think. It was dirt cheap and non-stop. I talked to my mother yesterday and asked if she wanted me to come out for a few days. She was worried about me leaving my kids and didn't want me to upset my house, but the I reminded her how old my kids are now .. lol.

So I was supposed to talk it over with my husband last night but I had decided not to do go. I figured there was no reason right now and I am sure there will be lots of trips in the future.

But after reading your post Deborah I realized that visits like this are very important. So I guess I will dig out the school calendar and figure out a good time. Thank you and thank you to all of you for helping me navigate this horrid disease.
