One of Rollie's kids actually called him for Father's Day yesterday, SHOCKING!
That was nice but it created a situation now where he wants to talk to all of his family and call them and go there to visit them. No one else has contacted him for almost a year and I'm really pissed. I am thinking, "WTF! you don't call and now he is obsessed with contacting all of you A-holes!" He has been settled and clam and now he is obsessed and won't stop going on on about it. They haven't offered him to go to them, they haven't contacted him, am I supposed to all of a sudden just invite everyone here or drive 3 hours so he can see them, even though they have expressed o desire to see him?
I am just fuming, I feel like screaming at him but I know it's not his fault. I just need to yell at somebody, You stupid, SOB's how dare you ignore him and then leave me to deal with the aftermath!

I'm sorry you are dealing with the aftermath of some ones careless thinking.
May be Rollie will soon forget about this episode..I wish you luck.
Hopefully he will forget and you can move on back to your norm. Please let this be something he forgets soon. What a shame....always come here and VENT we all do and it helps.....hope you feel my cyber hug.hang in there Sherri
Thank god you can come here and vent to your hearts content but that does not help him. In that I agree with eveyone else, hopefully he will forget soon (although it is amazing at times what they will remember for soooo damn long) and in the mean time I'd be looking at anything and everything I knew could still grab his attention and try to get him refocused somewhere else
