My father has recently been diagnosed, and his behaviors are making me crazy. He is extremely hyper, and has no edit button.
We went to dinner at a very busy restaurant. We finished eating, and the staff hadn't yet brought the check, so he takes off, going table to table. He puts his hand out, jokingly (I hope) for anyone, even children, to put money in. He went all over the restaurant, I wouldn't be surprised if he actually took food off of people's plates. He was talking to complete strangers at their tables, like he was some kind of a rock star. Everyone was looking at him. I have never seen anything like it.
My mother recently had a knee replacement. We were visiting her in the hospital, and there were no available chairs to sit in, so he goes over to a man visiting his mother in the other bed, and asks for his chair.
He seems to think he is charming.
Is this behavior common? Thank you for letting me vent, I'm sorry for my poor writing skills, but I am completely mortified.

As far as your dads actions,that type of behaviour ,was one of the first clues I had that something was off w my mom.
People who didn't know her might not have noticed her actions,but I did.
All I can suggest is learning as much as you can about Alhz. and it's steady progression

Your writing is just fine.
I get so ashamed of myself for getting angry with him. He is a friendly person, but I know him, and he's never been this friendly. He does seem pretty happy though, so I'll try to focus on that.
Now, we don't go out and eat or shop together anymore because he doesn't want to leave the house and I miss it _ hate going shopping alone, but have no choice.
You all take care and have a good day. I will as soon as he stands up and pulls up his clothes and we can have breakfast.
