Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I went to Bill wilsons house in east dorset VT back in july and stood in the living room of his house and got the privledge of reading a 1939 copy write first edition BB. I read this same page and the only difference was they didnt use the term ex-problem drinker but instead used the term ex-alcoholic. Its amazing that when that was in the BB and our fellowship wasnt arguing about the program and trying different ways to do the steps they did just what was in the BB they had over a 90 percent success rate of alkis who not only got sober but died sober. I guess the only difference between then and now is they really did and lived that page you posted here and they did it without argument or contention or aa the burger king way. Thanks for posting this.
