I'm going to a meeting. Then going to the local Dairy Queen with a bunch of sober drunks to close down the place. That's my way of celebrating the end of the work week.

And tomorrow is another day.

Yep, Dairy Queen, or "DQ" as it is affectionately referred to here in the South, is a hamburger and fries joint with soft serve ice cream cones, sundaes and such.

I know I can do anything in sobriety. I have done pretty much everything in sobreity that I did while drinking.

I live in a small rural town. The entertainment options aren't very numerous. But still, for me, nothing beats hanging out Sing.with a bunch of friends just BE

Ah, DQ! I haven't been there in years. I'm going to have to add that to my list of things to do this weekend.

I am going out for dinner tonight and then having a friend over to watch a movie.

I miss Dairy Queen haven't been there in ages, I only get to go there with my 92 year old grandma, it's her favorite lunch spot! :)

I stopped at DQ today,on my way to work,medium vanilla cone with cherry dip.I ate it outside in 26 degree weather,to give all the passerby motorists another reason to shiver.

well i was going to google free movies and watch some bootleg box office smash but im out of popcorn.. so i'll just sit here and make my grocery list and ice cream and choclate sauce are definately going on it after reading this post.tommorrow nite i'll be set!
