Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
So, today I am grateful to be doing something I love. :-)

Unfortunately, my job is not helping firemen into their firesuits before being called to a fire, but if they take volunteers for that, I'm all over it! hahaha! :)
No matter what you do, take pride in your performance & make the most of it whether you love your job or not. If you hate it & complain about it constantly, go somewhere else cause I"m sure there are literally hundreds of others who would LOVE to sit in your seat....
How fortunate those who have jobs are to have them and should remember that daily when something irritates them.
Have a good day all! I'm off to mine now....later tater! :)
I think too though we need to learn to find value and joy in the work we do-that may seem mundane and trivial. Heck-I was a social worker helping kids in the inner city, should be fufilling right? Well, as anyone working for the government knows, a huge portion of this job entailed what I saw as BS paperwork and cutting through tons of red tape to get these kids a little teensy weensy bit of a normal life. I think if i did it now, with more balance and sobriety-I would have gotten them in a better place with taking this paper work more seriously, even though it was tedious and seemingly for nothing.
Take pleasure in the mundane of your work-it is important. Your job-however humble and seemingly "pointless" can matter if you take it seriously and do your best and pay attention to detail.
