The server was down. DS has more issues than any site I've seen for as large as they are. Just a hint maybe a new IT department might be in order.

I totally agree with gim - I think it is time for a new IT department.

Their new lead software engineer came on board in April of this year. Doesn't it seem like we have had more problems lately than we ever did before?
