Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

Today is Day 53 of being Sober. I feel amazing. Empowered. Free. I am self-employed and my business has taken off. I workout 7 Days per week and I am eating 1800 clean calories per day. I have managed to drop 36 pounds so far.
I am transforming my life and the elimination of alcohol is a key ingredient of transformation. If you are someone who has tried moderation (I have) you need to know that it will prevent you from transforming your life. Sure it may work to keep you functioning in your current state but you will never experience life free from the Martini induced Matrix.
I think it's time we recognize and accept that alcohol has zero positive impact on someone on a question for personal transformation.
Do you want the same or do you seek something new? You can't have it both ways. Abstinence is more than a choice. It is necessary for one to become free and alive. Find the strength my Friends. I'm just getting warned up ;-)

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ
