Hi all ( well mainly those in the UK),
I just heard that the Zen Master Thich Naht Hanh is coming over to the UK in the summer to do a talk in London and a retreat in Nottingham.
I heard him a couple of years ago and it was an amazing experience.
The events are for everyone regardless of faith, religion, background or race. They are based around mindfulness which is the core of my spirituality and I think would be useful for anyone regardless of their beliefs.

If you are elsewhere and are interested, he has written some great books which I think everyone would get something from.
