I am celebrating six years years sobriety today These sobriety birthdays are quite significant Just briefly anyway
For me just a moment to reflect on progress and change Then of course carry on with life on lifes terms
I'm an AA member and went to a local meeting tonight I got a birthday card from the meeting (tradition in Manchester) shared my grattitude chatted and thanked friends I have made in the fellowship

catch up on tonights olyimpic action Just wanted to post my thanks and gratitude to the friends I have made on DS last few years
I havent been as active of late on ds but got a nice msg from a ds friend which reminded me of this (thanks Chris) so I am making an effort to get more active again
DS has been a big part of my recovery I have learnt a lot from AA and non AA friends in recovery on this board Wishing everyone continued growth and recovery in however it works for you xo Tony
