Good morning all .Well it's Sunday morning here as I am posting this.
7:17 am 11/15/2010 and as I read a quote from a magnet on the fridge . "If your not happy today, then what are you waiting for." I thought I would post this. Yes there are probably other things I could be doing.lol but here goes.

A man in a hot air balloon realized that he was lost. He reduced altitude and spotted another man below. He descended a bit more and shouted, "Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I dont know where I am." The man below replied, "Youre in a hot air ball hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. Youre between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude." "You must be a sponsor," said the balloonist. "I am," replied the man, "how did you know?" "Well," answered the balloonists, "everything you told me is, technically correct, but Ive no idea what to make of your information, and the fact is Im still lost. Frankly, youve not been much help at all. If anything, youve delayed my trip." The man below responded, "You must be a sponsee" "I am,: replied the balloonist, "but how did you know?" "Well," said the man, "you dont know where you are or where youre going. You have risen to where you are due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise, which youve no idea how to keep, and you expect other people to solve your problems. The fact is you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but now, somehow, its my fault."
A little girl was sitting on her grandfather's lap as he read her a bedtime story.
From time to time, she would take her eyes off the book and reach up to touch his wrinkled cheek. She was alternately stroking her own cheek, then his again.
Finally she spoke up, "Grandpa, did God make you?"
"Yes, sweetheart," he answered, "God made me a long time ago."
"Oh," she paused, "grandpa, did God make me too?"
"Yes, indeed, honey," he said, "God made you just a little while ago."
Feeling their respective faces again, she observed, "God's getting better at it, isn't he ?"

Cm I haven't been over that way since the Show at Easter. I spent the afternoon with my daughter who lives at Figtree we went to the pool at Port Kembla what a great swimming pool very clean ,saltwater,there are pools for the babies ,children and adults and best of all it is free. My wife went in the water for the first time in a few years. and after the swim we had a picnic at Hill Sixty overlooking the ocean .I brought a box of mangoes on the way so lots of fruit Mango Watermelon strawberries Rockmelon.
Life be in it.
What would I have been posting 25 years ago.
Came to in some park, railway station police lock up with the hangover from hell. lost my wallet .making up liars excuses I could tell my wife.wondering what I had done just wanting to crawl back under the rock i came out of what a miserable existence.
Why wouldn't I be happy to be sober thank you God thank you AA.

swimming pool of salt water? I never heard of that...but I did swim alot on Guam and we had swimming pools there but there they were fresh water...if you wanted salt water it was surrounding you everywhere just drive a few miles and the ocean was there...
I float like cork in salt water...literally could float for days without so much as a stroke of my arms....ha lightweight I always wanted to be a lightweight....
