Is there a reason that you aren't able to get a face to face sponsor? I do online sponsoring - I work with a guy in Texas and a guy in California. We email lots, skype, etc. The only thing is that it doesn't truly replace a in the flesh person. I tell my guys that I am only temporary and it's only fair to them to have someone who can physically meet with them, is close by, etc. So I am constantly asking them and encouraging them to find one at their meetings.

I can only get them as far as inventory, and that's it. I wouldn't feel it would be fair to them to have them do their fifth with me - and frankly, it's almost impossible, even with skype. But it is still doing the work, and we certainly cover the big book.

I too then would encourage you to find someone local, even if it's a bit of a drive. There is just something about talking eyeball to eyeball that transcends typed word.

I have an real time sponsor but schedules and family has made it difficult to connect face to face.
I am hoping that an online sponsor will fill in the areas that are lacking on the face to face one.
I realize I probably need to find a new sponsor but I have not had much luck with finding one who is available to me.
Daily Strength is a good tool to a certain extent but not enough.
