im a recovering alcoholic, 40 year old male who relasped Towards the end of last week and basically went on a bender in my room alone and can't really remember much about any of the days. My last drink was yesterday. I woke up this morning with the terrible shakes and was vomiting clear water. I had an appointment booked at my Drs so couldn't try to sleep it off. When I paid for something at the shop I literally had to drop the money in the girls hand as the shaking was so bad. When I was talking to my dr about my depression I was in a right mess but was honest with her. Obviously my intention is to get myself back on the straight and narrow but I can't stop the shakes any tips please as I have a n interview in he morning.  I live in a shared accommodation as my wife is divorcing me and I lost my job. The relapse has completely knocked me for six. I go meetings and see therapists
