She’s going back again

My wife is going back to rehab sadly 


but, she needs it.

Sounds like she needs alot of support....When she gets out of rehab, I hope she continues with AA meetings. She will get alot of support there.

I wish her all the luck in the world. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

I’m not sure what kind of support I would need during this time
She has been there five days now I think she’s gonna do the 30 day thing
I do miss her already quite a bit. They only give her a short time. Period to talk on the phone per day.
It’s hard to get used to that I just need to try to let her talk the whole time
Today, I talked a little bit about what I did yesterday
I guess this is a good place to try to get some support I no longer see a counselor That ended a little less than a month ago

Missing her is getting to be a problem of starting to feel a little down about it. I don’t have too many depression issues like I used to have a young age.
Anxiety is my main problem It is getting a little depressing not being able to see her.

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
