Ok, someone on here made me think of this idea by posting the words to the song "Cry out to Jesus" in her journal. I'd like to know what is everyone's favorite recovery song, or a song that inspires you to stay sober. Mine is "Wine into Water" by T. Graham Brown. It goes- "Once upon a time you turned the water into wine. Now I'm on my knees and I'm turning to you Father, would you help me turn the wine back into water..." I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
