The NY Giants just signed Eli Manning to a six year 97 million dollar deal!
I suppose he'll be the first to cry and whine when he's getting his ass kicked every play in a couple of years because they won't be able afford recievers or anyone to block for him.
The niners and cowboys got whalloped by the leauge, and rightly so, for salary cap violations a few years back
But ever since all these other teams are spending, spending , spending with no conseqences.
I know, no brainer let it go , can't change it, who cares, we've got to pay our kings and queens. It still sucks!

Football is one of the few sports that tries to limit the out of control salaries and big money team dominance . Unlike the two sports you just mentioned.

But why ain't nobody else over cap? I think Eli's salary will be 20 plus percent of the salary cap for the whole team

HC , yes this is the ESPN universe where men watch other men play boys games and then we watch other guys professionally talk about it on TV.And you thought shopping was an illness! LOL
Go Browns! Kickoff to the season is an hour an fifteen minutes away. About two hours from now, I'll probably be sorry I'm a Browns fan - yet again. sigh
I can't remember it but yeah, I know it's crazy but I really have no clue about sports teams but I know many women who are just as avid of fans as the men are.
