I wish to apologize for my uncalled for outburst on this forum. It was I who was standing on a soapbox and preaching over an issue that need not be resolved here. I stated my opinion in strong terms and reacted harshly and inappropriately when my opinion was honored to the degree that my ego would have it be honored.

I apologize, in particular to cabledude for name calling and my infantile overreaction.

As always, I hope the best for all of us who participate here, that we discover more about alcoholism, stay sober and give freely to those who have questions and concerns.

I humbly ask for cabledude's forgiveness and the forgiveness of this community.
