Life is wonderfully amazing! It's hard to see & feel that when we are in the mires & fog of booze & dope.
I hope your journaling, so when you have a blue or F-IT day, you can reflect back & KNOW that stuff changes all the time & it will change back for the better. We just can't pick up that first, whatever & mess up the process.
