Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
From my exp. living the 12 step on a daily basis sure helps.

On the other hand it is a sobriety gauge for me when can close my eyes and redirect my x (in-training) corrupt brain to relax and know that things are just as they are supposed to be at this moment.
Retrain the brain brother.
thanx for the post. Just a little progress here.
Our brains are so used to living in the past (regret) and in the future (fear) that those grooves are very deep and easily traveled by our thought processes.
Rerouting our thoughts intentionally, imo, can lead to naturally staying in the present.
It's definitely something we have to train our brains to do - live in the present.
Peace!
for me anyway.
