Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
You have made a good start by recognising that drinking has become a problem. I would urge you to take it a step further now and to learn more about the exact nature of that problem.
It may be that you will have to give up alcohol completely. If that is the case, sometimes all it takes is to make a decision not to drink and to stick to it but more often than not, someone who has been drinking in the way that you have described will find it challenging and may need outside help. Alcoholics Anonymous is a good place to find that help.
