Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

It is natural to get difficult days but they will pass and the sun will shine again. Although it is best to live in the present rather than thinking back or worrying about the future, it is still helpful to visualise what your life could be like a little bit down the road. Imagine being free from all thoughts of drinking and having a means of dealing with life’s challenges no matter how difficult they may be - that is what you can have if you stick to your present course. Look around at other people who have the sort of sobriety that you would like to have and remember that they were once where you are now.
