Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

It has been an interesting road-these last four years. I really do not feel like counting anymore, but I know for others just starting out it may be important to see it can be done. And AA is not the only way, altough it can be very helpful for many of my buds here.
I have found the most important thing is to stay balanced and to immediately re-adjust myself if I am feeling triggered or just plain shitty. It has become a new life for me-I was re-born at age 38. I won't lie, it is sometimes daunting to start fresh at this age, but I always realize when I am feeling frustrated that I am on the right track NOW.
Well crapola, what can I do today? I am at a loss. I am off from my teaching job for a week break and really getting lazy. I go teach at my sons school for art, but that is it.
Suggestions?
