I had begun to slip and drink and drug again. After a really bad weekend decided to come clean with everyone. I got a new 24 hour coin tonight at my home AA group. It feels good because I was carrying a lot of guilt. Tomorrow is my birthday and I want to say a year from now that I will be celebrating two birthdays at once. I think it will be great added reason and motivation not to fall weak again.
I feel good and think I can do it this time!

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

1 day honest. Good stuff.
I recently had a real life birthday and decided it was the best time to get a chip. Thought I would then remember both birthdays. However, I messed up. I wanted to celebrate two birthdays at once also. Didn't happen for me. Hope it works for you.
I think you can do it this time too! But if you don't, there is always tomorrow, a new day.
