If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

Seriously though. I know that was a hard earned 30 days. I'm so honored to be on this journey with you. You are a great friend to me whenever I need you to be. Which is a lot.
