Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

You must feel irresponsible to be coming to an Alcoholism board to see if it is. I think you probably already know the answer in your heart of hearts.
If you can have one or two drinks without losing control there is nothing wrong with having a couple in front of your daughter. You are an adult I assume.
if you thought it was ok if you don't think it's ok.
Only you can tell if it's ok
I will tell you a funny joke tho...
Back when I was drinking we got to a restaurant on Sunday and it was like 1145 am. I ordered a Bloody Mary and the waitress said we don't serve alcohol till after noon... So I asked her for a beer...
( the thing is my mind was warped , I needed to drink to BE)
Now I engage my family at lunch and don't disconnect.
Unfortunately I failed in regards to drinking, however, saying that if I was able to use alcohol in a socially acceptable behaviour then I would not have had a concern of my children seeing this.
